Through the use of professionally produced high impact video, supported by high speed online video servers, sophisticated data management systems and entertaining programming, Trade Show on Demand will bring every aspect of the trade show event to every participant where and when they want it. Every exhibiting company will have a high quality 4 minute corporate video produced months prior to the event. This is accompanied with a 30 second synopsis video for quick interest searches, product catalogue pages, contact information and their location at the show. These are placed on the Trade Show on Demand web site for that event 2 to 4 weeks prior to the event, and remains available up to 2 to 4 weeks after the close of the event. Every seminar, symposium, round table, key note speech and special event will be digitally video taped live at the conference, transmitted back to National Access and placed onto the web site within hours of occurring. Five entertaining 30 minute broadcasts will also be produced revolving around several of the most exciting and innovative companies and events at the conference. These will be continuously aired on large plasma screens throughout the convention hall, at all of the event facility hotel rooms, as well as on the event web site for up to 2 to 4 weeks. All of these elements will allow someone to benefit from the event whenever and wherever they wish, anywhere in the world. By being able to access exhibitor information in advance of the show, allows a much more manageable and productive schedule. And now you can extend your reach to connect with even more companies after the close of the show. This program will also increase additional attendance by allowing a company to purchase tickets for their additional staff to attend remotely. The goal of Trade Show On Demand is to represent the entire show online. Not only does this generate new remote attendees, but it also greatly enhances the level of involvement for the in person attendees and exhibitors alike. There is just not enough time in the day for anyone to access as much of the show as they would like. Now they can. |
