Trade Show on Demand was not designed as an offshoot or a technological simulation of a trade event, it is the event. This will occur through the use of professional high quality video production, high speed video broadcast over the Internet, closed circuit television broadcasts, sophisticated data management systems, all coupled around focused yet entertaining programming.

Trade Show on Demand will enhance the trade show experience for someone attending the event in person while simultaneously allowing a remote attendee to participate in every aspect of the event, anywhere in the world. The program should be assessed from three primary vantage points, the trade show, the exhibitor and the attendee.

Each of these has their own unique list of benefits, and these are detailed in more depth on the following pages. This program greatly enhances participation for everyone. There is just not enough time in anyone's day to capture everything available at the show. Now they can.

The Trade Show: At no cost to trade show management, the National Access Group's, Trade Show on Demand program will provide "Separation, Expansion & Revenue" to any trade event it partners with.

National Access will take its professional production crews and create high impact videos of literally every aspect of the event. Every exhibitor, seminar, key note speech, special ceremony and sponsored event will be shot and edited into the most effective presentation possible. Most videos are typically produced months prior to the opening of the event, and many are filmed live at the show.

These videos will be placed into the TSOD web site for online viewing by any attendee that has purchased an event ticket, anywhere in the world. Many of the videos will air weeks prior to the event for research and planning purposes, and the video's produced at the show will be edited and put online within hours of its completion. All video's will continue for weeks after the event for missed seminars, events and exhibitor follow-up.

The program will provide separation from competing events while dramatically expanding the shows attendee and exhibitor base from regional or national to literally global. Through the programs revenue sharing agreement, trade shows will be able to substantially increase their net income without the need to expand their resources, personnel or capital investment.

The Exhibitor: Through the participation in the Trade Show on Demand program, exhibiting companies will be able to promote themselves in a manner never before available to them. Several months prior to the event, National Access will produce a 3 to 4 minute high impact video revolving around the company and whatever product or service they are wishing to promote there at the show.

This piece will be placed into the exhibitor section of the web site for viewing by attendees. Attendees will be able to locate the company by name, alphabetically or by product or service category. Each company will have a 30 second synopsis overview video, their 4 minute corporate video, a text description with contact information and up to 5 catalogue pages on specific products or services.

Their site will be able to be viewed up to 2 to 4 weeks prior to the event, for planning purposes, all during the event and up to 2 to 4 weeks after the conclusion of the event. An online marketing kit will be instantly e-mailed to any attendee visiting the company's site, with notification and information on the attendee sent to the company. The video may also be utilized and played at the company's booth on a large plasma screen, assisting in marketing during the event itself. The company is also allowed to keep the video and utilize it as a marketing piece or as an introduction piece on their own web site.

Exhibiting company's will additionally have the opportunity to be selected for one of the 5 special focused broadcasts that will air continually on the web site, on large plasma screens through the convention hall and in all the event facility hotel rooms for the duration of the event. This will add even greater notice and separation for any participating organization. The focus of these 30 minute broadcasts are:

  • Innovations: Highlighting new and innovative products or services to the market.
  • Breaking News: Featuring material events, new CEO, new facility, a merger, a new patent, etc.
  • Who's New: Highlighting exciting new companies or first time participants of the event.
  • After Hours: Focusing on company sponsored events, golf tournament, cocktail party, etc.
  • Global Trade Award: Honoring the top 10 to 15 managed companies of the event.

International Exhibitors: An international company has several obstacles to overcome in order to participate in any U.S. based static trade event. The high cost of travel and shipping, the extended time out of office and country, the problems and risk involved in dealing with Customs, the difficulties revolved around staff, visas and Homeland Security are all time consuming and expensive barriers that have to be dealt with.

These are all issues that have to be budgeted for, both in time and money. All these concerns are in addition to all the normal exhibitor issues related to participating in any trade event. A large number of companies simply can't justify the time and expense for exhibiting 20 hours, even at the most attractive shows. Trade Show on Demand has developed an effective alternative to this situation.

The Global Pavilion: International companies will purchase a 10x10 space in the Global Pavilion from show management at the regular rate of space. National Access will provide an attractive booth, with plasma screen, seating and computer connection. TSOD will then go to the company, anywhere in the world, shoot and produce their 30 second and 4 minute corporate video for use at the event and on the web site. Attendees at the event will be able to physically visit that company's booth, swipe their card and view the company's video and even connect with that company via a web cam, and speak directly with a staff member of that organization in person. The company is also represented on line no differently than any other exhibitor. Any attendee visiting that company online or at the Global Pavilion will be instantly sent to the company as a potential lead. Is this method of exhibiting as good as exhibiting in person? No - but it is much better than not exhibiting at all.

The National Pavilion: Though domestic companies do not have all the same problems exhibiting as does an international company, several obstacles still remain. Budgets, personnel and time restrict companies from exhibiting in as many exhibitions as they may need or wish to. The National Pavilion will operate in the same fashion as the Global Pavilion, but will focus on companies within the country. A private, enclosed area will be constructed with wide aisles, lots of seating, cafes, private exhibit booths, all set in a comfortable, no pressure public park like setting.

The Attendee: Different than any other program in the market, Trade Show on Demand will dramatically enhance the value and the experience of an attendee participating in the event in person, while simultaneously allowing participation in every aspect of the event remotely, from literally anywhere in the world.

An attendee that wants to visit an exhibiting company online has several options.

  • They can find any company listed by name, alphabetically or by product category.
  • They can view a 30 second synopsis of exhibitor to determine interest or company focus.
  • They can view a 4 minute corporate video shot at the company's location.
  • They will have access to several catalogue pages with specifics on products and services, as well as email and web site connections.
  • They are provided a day planner to list favorites, make schedules, list contact information.

Attendees also have total access to all 5 of the broadcast programs featuring the events most dynamic companies. These can be seen at the convention hall, in their hotel room, or online.

During any one hour period, as many as 20 or more seminars, symposiums, round table discussions, key note speakers or other special activities of interest may be occurring. Until now an attendee would simply have to pick one and miss out on the rest. Attendees now can literally be part of it all.

  • For planning, a 30 second synopsis of the each event will be posted days prior to the opening, highlighting the company hosting the event, the speaker(s) with bios and the subject matter.
  • Their day planner will allow them to post the events of interest for future viewing.
